">We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
- Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Maintain compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Cultivate relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior executives.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
