About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team in Fakenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, supporting internal service inquiries, and delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management
  • Support internal service inquiries and customer enquiries
  • Deal with customer complaints and complete KPI information for Key Account Managers
  • Run and manipulate customer reports within Excel and Power BI
  • Upload information into customer portals
  • Use simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting
  • Coordinate and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Customer and solution-focused
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data effectively
