Job Title: Consultant Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ophthalmology services to patients across North Devon.

Main Duties:
  • Provide high-quality ophthalmology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various eye conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of ophthalmology services.
  • Contribute to the training and education of junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Experience in ophthalmology, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
