About the Role

In this role, you will be the point of contact for our business partners with regards to all CorSo overarching UW Governance related topics. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining UW Governance Frameworks.
  • Providing training on UW Standards, UW Governance Frameworks, and UW Governance tools/databases.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for dedicated UW Governance topics across all Lines of Business.
  • Representing CorSo UW in initiatives/projects.
  • Defining changes to UW Governance related tool infrastructure and databases.
  • Working closely with the Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management functions across CorSo to exchange insights and relevant data.

About the Team

The UW Governance Team is part of the Global Underwriting Centre (GUWC) within Swiss Re CorSo. We are responsible for all CorSo overarching UW Governance topics, key UW Governance tools, and for monitoring adherence to UW processes and UW Standards.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Underwriting, Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal related topics. You should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as experience in leading or contributing to complex global projects and change initiatives.
