Job Description: As a Support Worker with Achieve together, you will work closely with our team to provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our service users have access to daily enrichment activities, as well as receiving focused support when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: While previous experience in healthcare is beneficial, it is not necessary. We are looking for passionate and empathetic individuals who are willing to undergo full training. Key skills include excellent communication, teamwork, and time management.
