Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager, der unsere Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Operationen erfolgreich leitet. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Koordination und Optimierung unserer Lieferketten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden ihre Bestellungen rechtzeitig erhalten.

Hauptherausforderungen
  1. Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Operations-Managern
  2. Schichtleitung von Betriebsteams, Handhabung von Problemen und Förderung der Standortleistung
  3. Analyse der Schichten laut Unternehmensvorgaben und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer Operational Excellence
  4. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Support-Teams, einschließlich derer für die Bereiche HR, Finanzen, Arbeitsschutz und Sicherheit
  5. Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Initiativen an allen Standorten zur Verbesserung der Betriebsleistung

Als Operations Manager bist du an der Spitze unseres Teams und verantwortlich für die tägliche Leitung unserer Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Operationen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden ihre Bestellungen rechtzeitig erhalten. Du bist auch verantwortlich für die Analyse von Daten und die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, um unsere Operational Excellence zu verbessern.

Unser Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Team ist essentiell, um Amazons schnelles Lieferversprechen einhalten zu können. Wir sind ein diverses Team, das für den Erfolg unserer Supply Chain eine zentrale Rolle spielt. In Zusammenarbeit mit Luft- und Seefrachtunternehmen, Straßenspeditionen und unseren hochmodernen Sortierzentren sorgst Du dafür, dass Amazon seine Kund:innen so effizient wie möglich beliefert.

Mindestanforderungen
  1. Studienabschluss
  2. Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement
  3. Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  4. Relevante Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Daten oder anekdotischer Evidenz zur Begründung von geschäftlichen Entscheidungen
  5. Relevante Erfahrung in Produktions- und Lieferkettenbereichen
  6. Erfahrung mit Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden
  7. Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Logistikumgebung
  8. Erfahrung mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld
