About the RoleAs a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing procurement across our operations in Cambridge, UK and Winnipeg, Canada. You will report directly to the Head of Financial Operations and work closely with multiple senior internal stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Procurement team, including line management of Procurement Specialists.
- Identify and deliver tangible results through cost reduction and service performance.
- Work with the Head of Financial Operations in managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the organisation.
- Review and assist with Requests For Proposals (RFPs) to ensure the best outcomes for Frontier's procurement efforts.
- Regularly review procedures and processes to ensure control, compliance, and efficiency across the Procurement function.
- Provide additional support and expertise to the Procurement Specialists in respect of licencing renewals and managing external talent negotiations.
- Assist with high value contract renewals, including the review of commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrable experience and track record in leading successful procurement efforts, preferably with experience in managing a team.
- Broad procurement experience with particular emphasis on indirect procurement.
- Bonus points for experience in the tech sector, or games or entertainment industries.
