Infrastructure Engineer Windows Server

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Windows Server to join our team at Armstrong Knight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012 R2 or 2016 environments, including DNS servers, Active Directory, and group policy objects.
  • Deployment and Management: Centralize and automate the deployment and management of Windows 10 operating systems, patches, and applications using MDT or SCCM.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement PC security measures, including encryption, roaming secure connections, and ransomware prevention.
  • Networking and Security: Design and implement physical and AWS networking solutions, including TCP/IP, subnets, QoS, routing, VLANs, and IPsec tunnels.
  • Database Administration: Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later instances, including database performance, backups, and security.
  • Automation and DevOps: Develop an automation-first mindset and utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
