Mental Health Consultant

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Salary: £160,000 - £165,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex mental health needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Mentor and supervise junior staff members to promote professional development
Requirements:
* MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
* Specialist registration with the GMC as a consultant psychiatrist
* Proven track record of working with patients with complex mental health needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
