Optical Engineering Technician

We are seeking an experienced Laser Service Engineer to join our team at Carbon60 - Eng&Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and repair of laser systems.
- Preventative maintenance and optimization of laser performance.
- Training and development of customer staff and distributors.
- Installation and commissioning of laser systems.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Collaboration with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in laser engineering and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
