Compensation Package

The total compensation package for this role includes an annual salary of approximately 125,000 EUR, taking into account the current market rates and industry standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably as a lead in an agile team, and strong English language skills.
  • Possess a passion for coaching junior developers and ongoing professional growth.
  • Ability to integrate native code into hybrid apps (e.g., Flutter, Ionic).
  • Proficiency in XCode, Fastlane, Swift for iOS app development, and automated build/release pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Kafka, Kotlin, or Angular.
