Replenishment Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
- Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
- Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently and products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department.
- Work with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
- Ensure effective replenishment to maintain availability for our customers.
You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing exceptional operational standards for our customers. You will be flexible in your management style, able to adapt and rise to the challenges faced, and enjoy working with and managing a team.
Excellent communication skills are essential, and you will have some experience in supervising or managing a team. Experience in food retailing is desired but not essential.
