Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

We're looking for a Restaurant Team Lead who can create a winning team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre-shift briefs.
  • Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
  • Having an eye for detail, high standards, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Showing passion for the brand, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.

We'll provide the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively. You'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
