We are looking for an experienced Welfare Benefits and Housing Expert to join our team at Community Vision. In this role, you will provide advice and casework focused on welfare benefits, housing, and energy to clients across North Lincolnshire.

Our team works collaboratively with partners to ensure clients receive a good quality and holistic service. We are a committed team that values teamwork and supports each other to achieve our goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing generalist level advice and casework, focusing on welfare benefits, housing, and energy. You will also offer debt advice and budgeting support to clients.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in welfare benefits, housing, and energy
  • Ability to provide non-monetary debt advice and budgeting support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with partners across North Lincolnshire
  • Knowledge of the local community and its needs
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive full training and have the opportunity to work with a committed team that values teamwork and supports each other.
