Job Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in the Driffield area. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients in their own homes or in our care facilities.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will earn up to £15.60 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits including same-day pay through FlexiPay, flexible shifts through our HealthForceGo app, and access to over 4,000 courses with FuturU.

Requirements
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have at least 6 months of experience working as a caregiver in the UK within the past 3 years.
  • You must have knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
  • You must demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional caregiving skills.
