Job Overview: As a Registered Nurse at Barchester care home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on care to patients with various needs
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory frameworks

Requirements: Current NMC registration, good knowledge of clinical practices, and experience in producing detailed care plans are essential for this position. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is also required.
