Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Visitor to join our Children and Families Health Visiting team. As a Health Visitor, you will work with colleagues from health and partner organizations to support families and provide high-quality, needs-led, evidence-based care within a designated caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health visiting services to families and children, including health assessments, advice, and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and partner organizations to ensure a comprehensive approach to family and child health.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health visiting policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Health Visitor/Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
