Repair Operations Manager

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Repair Manager to join our client's team on an interim basis in the West Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee responsive repairs and void projects for local authority properties across the West Midlands region.
- Manage a team of multiskilled operatives to deliver high-quality repairs within strict time constraints.
- Ensure project management completion within budgets.
- Manage resources to optimize the efficiency of the local authority.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Previous and recent local authority or housing association experience with repairs and maintenance management or surveying.
- Problem-solving mentality.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Valid driving license.
- In-depth operational experience with contractors and projects.
