Maven Consulting Group Ltd is seeking an experienced clinical professional to join our team as a Disability Assessor. This is a unique opportunity for you to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide valuable insights into their daily lives.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily activities. You will gather information through telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions and use your expertise to produce a factual report that supports the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining eligibility for benefits.

This position offers a competitive salary of £37,800 per annum, paid annually. In addition, you can enjoy various benefits, including annual leave, bank holidays, and the option to purchase or sell 10 additional days off. Hybrid working arrangements are also available, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably as a registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), physiotherapist, paramedic, or occupational therapist. They will be proactive, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. IT proficiency and experience working with diverse conditions, including mental health, are essential requirements.
