Job Description

We are seeking committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees, who share our passion for empowering people with disabilities to live independently.

As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our charity, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the wider social care sector.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in managing, inspecting, commissioning, and developing care and support services, as well as those with lived experience as a carer or advocate for individuals with learning disabilities or autism.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the positive impact that good social care can make, and will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges our charity and the people we support face.

As a member of our Board, you will have the opportunity to contribute to your local community, develop strategic experience, and further develop your skills in a dynamic and committed team.

We are committed to ensuring our Board reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
