About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Oral-B Oral Care Field Team in Greater Manchester. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of our oral health care products in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key customers.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and dental professionals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.

Requirements
- Passion for customer service and selling, with a strong relationship building and service-minded attitude.
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and plan to achieve targets in a fast-changing environment.
- Desire to learn and develop to become a subject matter expert.
- Able to work as part of a team and share and reapply to grow the business and others.
- Digital literacy and knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, Power BI is desirable.
- Presentation skills are essential as presenting educational content to a large audience is an integral part of the role.
- Valid Driving License for the UK.
