About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Warner Music Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business strategy and driving growth through financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 9-12 years of experience in finance-related roles.
