We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Arco Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable business growth within a defined key account base in the oil & gas sector.
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio comprising approximately 5-7 Key Strategic Accounts. Your key responsibilities will revolve around delivering budgeting, creating detailed Account Plans, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Planning: Complete a detailed Account Plan for each customer and orchestrate input from all internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Service Proposition: Use Account plans to deliver a best-in-class service proposition for each customer, ensuring the focus is on Revenue Generating Activity.
- Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships with multiple contacts in each customer to maximize delivery of the full Arco Limited proposition.
- Business Sales Strategy: Define and execute the Business sales strategy in order to deliver profitable growth and maximum return from each customer.
- Sales Methodology: Effectively utilize sales methodology to prospect for and successfully acquire new, defined business opportunities.
- Personal Development: Drive your personal development plan to become an expert with our Strategic accounts, and knowledgeable in the oil and gas sector.

- Matrix Management: Proven track record in delivering results through matrix management.
- Situational Awareness: High situational awareness in order to adapt sales methodology (i.e., Challenger Sales).
