About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
