About the Role
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
