Restaurant Manager

German Doner Kebab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards.
- Operations Excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food safety, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding promptly to complaints and taking action to resolve issues.
- Financial Management: Manage costs, minimize waste, and drive sales growth to achieve maximum profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the German Doner Kebab brand and drive customer engagement.
- Team Development: Identify and develop talent within the team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure succession planning.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the food industry, with a strong understanding of food safety, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications: A qualified candidate for this role should have a strong educational background, with a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
