Job Title: Global Markets Product Manager - Assistant Vice President

The Global Markets Product Manager - Assistant Vice President is a key member of the State Street Global Markets team, responsible for executing a portfolio of strategic and tactical initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the global markets and the ability to drive execution in assigned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business strategic vision into functional product plans.
  • Define product features and develop product overviews, workflows, and visual artifacts to crystalize product use and process owners.
  • Work with technology to drive technology solutions and deliverables to meet business requirements.
  • Assess and design the end-to-end support model for go-live with respective stakeholders.
  • Document technology and other business partner demand; escalate competing priorities and constraints.
  • Build strong relationships with the GM team and business partners, ensuring they understand business needs.
  • Resolve issues or roadblocks working with the GM Teams and Business Partners.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated analysis, issue resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and consultative abilities.
