  • Test Equipment Proficiency: Utilize electrical test equipment properly, guaranteeing the highest quality results.
  • Preparation and Inspection: Prepare materials and parts used in cable manufacturing according to established guidelines and conduct thorough inspections of cables, generating reports following set procedures.
  • Ongoing Development: Continuously develop knowledge of various cable and connector types and processes, staying updated on industry developments.
  • Safety and Quality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to observing and promoting safe working practices consistently and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to grow.
