About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Dalkia Engineering in Colwyn Bay. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and fault resolution of our assets, including signs, phones, CCTV, and tunnels.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, Excel, and Word, as well as excellent health and safety awareness. A current driving license is also essential. Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update the Welsh Government Electrical Asset Management System (LMS) with accurate asset information.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of the LMS system.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparation of maintenance works reports and minutes of meetings.
  • Collaborate with the street lighting and ITS managers on ad-hoc administrative tasks.
