Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager with 1st Choice Staff Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and customer engagement for our prestigious client. Based in the Nottingham area, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, facilitating relationships across all departments, and developing concepts and proposals with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of growing revenue and expanding customer bases. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing a unique set of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Key account management of existing customers
• Cross-functional collaboration through the full-service portfolio
• Developing concepts and producing proposals with relevant internal departments
• Produce & keep updated development plans for own customers
• Monitor client activity and produce internal and external management information for each client
• Attending sales meetings and giving presentations to prospective clients
• Holding regular meetings at all levels within each key account integrated supply chain partners
• Completion of tender documentation

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary plus bonus and car, which will be confirmed at interview. This is a permanent position starting ASAP.

Location:
The role is based in the lower Midlands region, with travel required to cover clients from Oxford to East Anglia.
