Special Needs Educational Support Worker

About the Role:
">As an Educational Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with diverse needs, including physical, emotional, and learning challenges. This requires a caring and patient approach, ensuring the well-being of each student.
">- Personalised Care: Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility, and personal care, ensuring the well-being of each student.
- Collaboration with Staff: Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other healthcare professionals to implement personalised educational and health care strategies.
- Progress Monitoring: Keep detailed records of students' progress and care needs, ensuring clear communication with the wider team.
What We Are Looking For:
">- A compassionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or educational support role is desirable, but not essential.
- A proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or special educational needs (preferred but not required).
Key Information:
">- The opportunity to work with wonderful individual children and young adults.
- A full-time role, Monday to Friday (8.30am) start date ASAP.
- Term-time only role.
- PAYE contract.
- A competitive hourly rate of pay of £12.90+ per hour depending on experience and additional duties.
