About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our In-House Clinical Team, bringing their expertise to enhance the quality of life of adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our service and contribute to exceptional outcomes.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans, working closely with our Clinical Team to ensure seamless support. Your creativity, resilience, and enthusiasm will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of the individuals we support.

Your role will involve holding a speech and language therapy caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and providing information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies. You will have the autonomy to implement your strategic vision for therapies, enriching the quality of life of the individuals we support.

Requirements:
  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Significant experience in Speech and Language Therapy, particularly with adults with complex needs.
  • Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
