We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Distillery Operations Manager to join our team at Whyte and Mackay Ltd in Invergordon Grain Distillery, Scotland.

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the maturation strategy, managing stock systems, and leading continual improvement projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing teams, and implementing operational excellence initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement short-term maturation strategies to maximize capacity and type of filling, blending, warehousing, and other operational requirements.
  • Manage the stock system for Rare and Prestige and Private Client teams, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient distribution.
  • Lead and support ongoing improvement projects, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Foster a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback and recognition.
