We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic team working with children and young people in community settings across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis and intervention approaches for children with communication needs. You will also provide effective caseload management, mentorship, advice and learning opportunities for other Speech and Language Therapy colleagues.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide assessment, diagnosis and intervention approaches for children with communication needs.
- Manage caseloads effectively and provide mentorship, advice and learning opportunities for other Speech and Language Therapy colleagues.
- Contribute to whole service improvements and demonstrate leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring practice is safe, effective and of high quality within a productive use of resources. They will also maintain effective communication across multi-agency and multi-disciplinary teams, manage caseloads and deliver work to specific timescales.
