About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on others' lives, supporting pharmacists and providing top-notch services to customers.

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for supplying prescriptions, delivering NHS and private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers. You will also play an active role in our charity support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues. Additionally, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries, ensuring accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Pharmacy Degree and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You will also be required to complete a DBS check before employment.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including 25 days' holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and access to our pharmacy training programme.
