Job Description

The Role: A Senior Solutions and Implementation Manager, with a focus on building cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions. Plan, design, and execute bespoke solutions for our client, a market-leading cross-border logistics integrator.

We are searching for a Senior Solutions and Implementation Manager to be responsible from concept to delivery, for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of these bespoke solutions.

This role involves using technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that clients' tailored requirements are effectively developed, implemented, and successfully launched.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex end-to-end clearance and delivery solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and client specifications.
  • Carrry out scoping for new solution elements, including customs, linehaul, and delivery, understanding needs and translating them into feasible designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internal business and technical teams, suppliers, clients) to create detailed solution documents, technical specifications, SOPs and roadmaps.
  • Complete scoping documents to feed solutions into IT, and liaise with internal and external IT teams through follow-up calls and emails.
Project Management:
  • Provide ownership of multiple key product launches, such as new warehouse locations, customs clearance agents, or carrier delivery partners.
  • Lead the projects from scoping and requirement gathering, through to implementation and delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Implementation:
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of the solutions, ensuring that the deployment process is smooth and efficient.
  • Ensure all parties are ready for go-live, hold final project sign-off calls, and oversee launches and hyper-care phases.

Our estimated salary for this position is £80,000 per annum, taking into account the required skills and qualifications in addition to the location. The actual salary may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
