Deputy Head of Pastoral Care

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the pastoral care team, ensuring the well-being and safety of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pastoral care strategies to support student wellbeing
- Lead and manage the pastoral care team to ensure high-quality support for students
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and school policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a school setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team
