Project Manager - Highways and Rail Infrastructure

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver successful, large-scale IT projects and programmes within our Highways and Rail Infrastructure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans to deliver IT projects and programmes across the IT Delivery Lifecycle.
  2. Manage and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Work with stakeholders and business users to undertake project management activities across PACE/GRIP phases 1-6.
  4. Generate and manage artefacts and deliverables in line with the IT Delivery Lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. Significant proven track record in leading and delivering successful IT projects and programmes.
  2. Experience in driving and delivering through others using commercial contracts.
  3. Proven experience in supplier management and delivering with commercial acumen.
  4. Formal Programme/Project Management qualification (e.g. APM/P – Certified Project Manager, Managing Successful Programmes, and Prince 2 or equivalent).
  5. Strong leadership skills, influencing skills, and ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others.
  6. High levels of flexibility, adaptability, and broad thinking.
  7. Knowledge and experience of a range of delivery/development life cycles, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative.
  8. Strong financial management skills including quality forecasting.
  9. Stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication.

Desirable:

  • Past experience of working within the Railway industry.
