Job Overview

Gleeson Homes is seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to lead the regional customer relations team and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

This role involves championing the customer journey, supporting the regional sales and build teams, and inspiring a collegiate regional Customer Care team to consistently deliver high levels of performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship management skills, strong communication skills, and experience working within a customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of 5-star customer service by championing the customer journey
  • Actively support the regional sales and build teams to meet customer expectations
  • Inspire and develop a collegiate regional Customer Care team to deliver high levels of performance

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working within a customer service role
  • Strong collaborative, team working, and interpersonal skills
