About the Job

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Account Management Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing mortgage accounts, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Manage mortgage accounts, including providing annual statements and conducting property information checks.
  • Perform administrative duties such as letter writing and document updating.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Process post-completion applications and assist in testing new products.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
