Key Responsibilities:
  • Challenge the quality of Manager Control Assessment policy, standards, procedures, and practices.
  • Verify that established standards and processes are followed and consistently applied.
  • Recommend actions to address the root cause of identified operational weaknesses to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify execution errors for prioritized remediation.
Requirements:
  • Background in controls management, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and influence people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter, demonstrate critical thinking, and communicate effectively.
