Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at AL Solutions. As a Senior CRA, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials sites in the Welsh region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to monitor clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site-related issues and ensure trial progress.
  • Provide training and support to site staff on clinical trial procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' independent monitoring experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Ability to complete monitoring visits with minimal supervision.
  • BSc or higher in a life sciences related field.
