Onboarding Manager

As the Onboarding Manager at the British Red Cross, you will be responsible for leading our onboarding processes to ensure new starters and hiring managers receive outstanding support. Your role is crucial in managing onboarding transactions, delivering a timely and accurate experience, and ensuring compliance with all policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Onboarding Support Team, providing guidance, support, training, and feedback as required.
- Collaborate with the Head of People Support and other key stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes that align with internal and external policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Onboarding journey, including job offers, contracts, pre-employment checks, and employee data management.
- Create a positive employee experience by providing timely and accurate communication, feedback, and support throughout the Onboarding process.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies related to onboarding.
