We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding processes and ensure new starters and hiring managers receive outstanding support. As the Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing onboarding transactions, delivering a timely and accurate experience, and ensuring compliance with all policies and legislation.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative processes that meet the ever-evolving needs of our organization and our people. Your leadership will ensure a high-quality front-line onboarding service, using robust operational management and data trend analysis to continuously improve the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Onboarding Support Team, providing guidance, support, training, and feedback as required.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People Support and other key stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes that align with internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end Onboarding journey, including job offers, contracts, pre-employment checks, and employee data management.
  • Create a positive employee experience by providing timely and accurate communication, feedback, and support throughout the Onboarding process.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, recruitment, business administration, or a related field.
  • + years of experience in Recruitment/Onboarding or HR-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment/Onboarding systems and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-employment laws and legislation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use data to drive insight and action.
