We are looking for a highly skilled Children's Nursing Professional to join our team as a Paediatric Care Manager. This role will involve working with children and their families, designing and delivering tailored care plans, and training staff in clinical skills and activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, with a Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) qualification, at least 6 months of experience in the UK, and an active NMC PIN. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators.

Job Requirements:

  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months of experience in the UK
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style
  • Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs

Working Arrangements:

  • £40,000 - £60,000 per annum salary, depending on experience
  • 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
  • Private pension scheme
