We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our team at the Marine Conservation Society. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for generating and growing our income through community-based initiatives.

  • Managing the community fundraising budget, ensuring income and costs are on track.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A proven track record in community fundraising or a similar field, with demonstrated success in meeting financial targets.">
  • Experience supporting the development of strategic plans and managing budgets.">
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems and GDPR compliance.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as strong planning and organisational abilities.">

What We Offer
