The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Majestic Trainee Manager. This 12-month development programme will provide you with a detailed understanding and experience of all operational, service, and leadership standards expected to become a future Majestic Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and optimising KPI performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute a tasting events programme to showcase our product range.
  • Take ownership of your wine knowledge and continuously learn about our products to support your WSET qualification.
  • Ensure the physical appearance and maintenance of your store are of the highest standard.
  • Participate in all operational tasks to establish a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations of running a Majestic Wine store.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer.
  • Prioritise and strategically problem-solve in high-pressure environments.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Wine knowledge is beneficial, but passion to learn more is essential to pass level 2 & 3 WSET wine qualifications.
