About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with additional needs in small groups or one-to-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a smooth learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teaching staff to ensure seamless communication
