We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Curriculum and Assessment Officer to join our team at the University of Sussex. As a key member of the Business School, you will play a crucial role in shaping Faculty policies and strategy, and providing guidance to senior management and colleagues.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in higher education, with experience in data handling, policy interpretation, and administration. You will be confident in your ability to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive team, and to contribute to the development of our students and the Faculty's strategic goals.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is highly driven, creative, and well-organised, with excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will be able to work proactively and reactively, prioritising and managing multiple projects with ease.

- Proven experience in higher education administration
- Strong data handling and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and apply policy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
