Senior Curriculum and Assessment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Curriculum and Assessment Officer to join our team at the University of Sussex. As a key member of the Business School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Faculty's policies and strategies, ensuring the highest quality education and student progression.
As a Senior Curriculum and Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to curriculum development, assessment, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the Associate Dean for Education and Students, Directors of Teaching and Learning, and other senior stakeholders to ensure that our courses meet the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education administration, with experience in curriculum development, assessment, and quality assurance. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work with a range of stakeholders, including academics, professional services colleagues, and students.
